Christian Audette, Inc. accepts returns of product(s) purchased from under certain conditions described below:

To qualify for a return, you must email within 7 days of receiving the product(s).All item(s) must be unused andin the original and respective packaging.Emptied, used, and/or refilled item(s) do not qualify for any refund.

Please note that Christian Audette, Inc. is not responsible for any shipping fees, including return shipping. Customers are responsible for paying for shipping after a purchase and for returns. Christian Audette, Inc. is not responsible for lost and/or un-trackable return shipments. We strongly recommend mailing the return item(s) through a reliable carrier that offers tracking services.

Once the returned item(s) are received and reviewed, we will promptly issue the refund, minus any shipping expense. We don’t provide exchange at this time.


All shipping is currently handled by the United States Postal Service. All international shipping rates are calculated at checkout and cannot be provided and/or estimated before. USPS (United States Postal Service) offers tracking on all item(s) purchased on this website. An email will be sent to you when the order is processed and then when it is shipping. The tracking number will be provided in the shipment confirmation email.

Christian Audette, Inc. is not responsible for lost and/or stolen shipments. Additional insurance is available through the USPS, but we do not automatically apply it to every order.

All Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 Business Days.


We cannot provide guaranteed delivery dates for international orders. A majority of the orders will be delivered within the specified timeframe but there are instances when orders are delayed at the post office and/or at your country’s customs location (this will vary based on the country).

International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. Note, Christian Audette, Inc. is not responsible for any customs and/or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

All sales made outside the United States and its territories are final. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted. We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays in transit, seized packages, and/or other issues that may arise from international orders.
